Ordering & Payment


To order a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the number of products you wish to purchase, and the variety (i.e. size) where applicable.
  2. Click the ‘add to cart’ button.
  3. Visit the Shopping Basket/Cart, fill out the required information and check your order.
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. Pay your order using your preferred payment method (PayPal, Creditcard or IDeal)

You will receive an order confirmation by email. (Please make sure you also check your spam-box)

After you have completed payment, your will receive an invoice and confirmation of your order by email. You can also find these under ‘my account‘, when you have opted to make an account on this website.

Refunds in case of cancelling or returns

When you have requested a cancellation of your order, and the order could be cancelled before shipping, we will aim to refund your payment within Β a week. In case of a return shipment, we will refund your order within a 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the products show no signs of damage.
