Cancelling & Returns


If you wish to cancel your order and haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us as soon as possible at info <at> hightreesustainable <dot> com. While we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee this, because our shipping department works very fast.


If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that you have handled the products and the packaging with care.  For returns, please complete the ‘Standard Form for Withdrawal’, as provided below, and email this to info <at> hightreesustainable <dot> com, within 14 days after receiving your order. We will contact you to instruct you about the return procedure.

Please note that the costs of the purchase will be refunded. However, the costs of returning the product will not be refunded. As described in our Terms and Conditions, you can only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics and the effect of the product. The guiding principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product in the manner in which one is allowed to handle a product in a shop.
